Libra Ritual

Find harmony and balance within yourself and within your relationships with this beautiful Libra ritual. We designed this supportive ritual to be performed during Libra season, particularly during the New Moon in Libra; however, you can perform it anytime you want to bring more beauty and peace into your life or whenever you feel called. Trust your intuition, you are your own guide!

Please note: if you’re performing this ritual in 2024, the New Moon in Libra is a New Moon Solar Eclipse. Eclipse energy can be intense, and we don’t usually suggest performing rituals at these times. Our best recommendation during an eclipse is to ride the wave and do whatever feels the most grounding to you. If this ritual feels grounding and supportive, then follow your intuition!

What you’ll need for the Libra ritual:

Libra Crystal & CBD-Infused Body Oil

Libra Crystal & CBD-Infused Bath Bomb

You can get them both at a discount with the Libra Bundle

Cleansing herb (such as sage or palo santo) or incense

Journal & writing utensil

Optional: Candles, incense, additional crystals

Note: If you don't have one (or any!) of the tools, use whatever you have on hand. The tools are less important than the intention.

Collect your ritual tools, and run your bath. Take a deep breath and get present as you turn down the lights, and light your candles, incense, and/or herb bundle. Be intentional with every step. As your bath fills, cleanse the crystals with smoke from the herb bundle or incense. As you run the Pink Opal & CBD Bath Bomb through the cleansing smoke, tune into the beautiful and centering energy of the Pink Opal. Next, cleanse your Rose Quartz and CBD-infused body oil with the smoke and tune into the unconditional love and compassion of the crystal chips.

Use your intuition to choose an affirmation or mantra to feel into throughout your bath. Suggestions include:

I find balance between my needs and the needs of others.

I choose love.

I see beauty all around me.

I choose a life of harmony and peace.

I create healthy boundaries.

I infuse my life with beauty and pleasure.

I contribute to a world of equity, justice, and peace.

I give and receive with love and ease.

I call in more harmony in my life.

When your bath is filled, place yourself and the bath bomb in the tub. Tune into your senses as you melt into your bath. Watch and listen as the bath bomb fizzes and transforms. Feel the peaceful and harmonizing energy of Pink Opal raising your cosmic consciousness and infusing you with love and self-worth. Breathe in deeply and allow the grounding blend of cedarwood and rose to wash over you. Allow the scents to bring you peace, pleasure, and a true sense of belonging. Stay in the bath for as long as you feel called, and then unplug the drain. As the tub empties, imagine all blocks keeping you from feeling peace and harmony washing down the drain. You may want to repeat, "I release all things that no longer serve me down the drain".

Dry yourself slightly when you get out of the bath. Before you anoint yourself with the Libra Crystal and CBD-infused body oil, rub a dropper-full between your hands, then cup your nose and breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathe in the calming and uplifting blend. Massage gently wherever you feel stress, tension, blocks, or strain. Follow where your intuition guides you. Pay special attention to your lower back and glutes, as Libra rules these parts of the body.

As you massage, inhale & exhale deeply and feel the loving energy of Rose Quartz to help you find balance between what you need and what others need. Breathe in the blend of scents to soothe any stress and promote emotional balance and spiritual wellbeing.

When you feel ready, first, make a list of things big or small that bring you beauty and pleasure.

Then free-write or meditate on any or all of the following questions:

How can I bring more beauty and pleasure into my life?

Where do I need to shore up my boundaries?

Are there relationships in which I am overgiving or not giving enough?

What does balance actually feel like to me?

Am I attached to perfect balance? Can I release attachment and allow things to ebb and flow? Can I accept that balance looks differently moment to moment?

What does equity look like, and what can I do to help bring more equity and peace into our world?

What else came up for me during this ritual?
